Kodi got to see "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" today.  She fell in love with Cindy Lou Who, & the song she sings in the movie.  We decided to see if we could do her hair like Cindy's.  This is as close as we could get.  I think she could be from "Whoville" if you ask me.
